Room cleaning takes place daily between noon and 5PM (or until housekeeping staff is on duty).
If you prefer our housekeeping staff not to enter your room during the day, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside your room door.
IRONING STATION
Please note that while we have an iron and ironing board, they are only available during our front desk hours.
WINE GLASSES
Please check in with the front desk during our office hours if you would like some wine glasses. Bottle openers are also available in the metal container on the small desk in the lobby.
AFTER-HOURS AVAILABILITY
For urgent issues outside of business hours, Please call (415) 385-7790.
In case of emergencies, do not hesitate to call 911.
COFFEE MAKER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Switch the coffee maker on, and pour a small amount of water in the back lid (6oz / 200ml).
2. Lift the front lid, insert a coffee pod, and lower the lid again.
3. Place a cup under the spout, and press the brew button.
KEY and KEY RETURN
Your room keys come with a front door keyfob. Hold the small, round, plastic fob to the keypad on the wall to the left of the front door to unlock.
At check-out, please hand in the keys at the front desk. For departures prior to our front desk opening, please leave the keys in your room, and leave the room closed but unlocked.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability, late check-out 11AM-12PM is offered for $50 plus taxes. Please see front desk to arrange a late check-out.
TOWEL SERVICE
Please note: For fresh towels, please leave your used towels on your room floor so our housekeeping staff know to replace them!
EMERGENCY EXITS
Ground Floor: Exit through the main door onto Grove Street.
Upper Floor: The door marked “No Admittance” near the top of the stairs, between Room 9 and Room 10, is an emergency exit-only door. Go through the door, and proceed down the stairs, exiting through the ground door to Fillmore Street.
VISITORS
The rooms are for guests only, please have your visitors wait in the lobby.
IN-ROOM AMENITIES
If you have your Do Not Disturb sign on, be sure to let us know if you want any of the in-room amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.) replenished during the day.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN ROOMS OR ON PROPERTY
This includes vapes and other smoking devices of any kind.
